Privacy
This describes what this website does with information today.
If you send an enquiry
Casient stores your name, email, postcode, your answers to the questions on the form and, if you give one, your integrator's company. They are used to email you the note or a recommendation, and so Casient knows you asked. If you arrived through an installer's link, your enquiry is also sent to that installer. Casient never contacts an integrator or anyone else on your behalf.
How you used the site on this visit
A summary of how you used the site during the visit (the sections you viewed, how long you spent, and the choices you made on the form) is attached to your enquiry, so Casient can see what interested you. This is not attached to anything if you don't send an enquiry.
If you only browse
Casient records anonymous usage events: which sections were viewed, which buttons were pressed, how far the page was scrolled, the referring site and country. No cookies are set. A random identifier lives in your browser's session storage and disappears when you close the tab. Nothing you type into a field is recorded, only that a field was touched, and nothing at all is sent if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Raw events are deleted after 13 months.
Who else sees it
Cloudflare hosts the site and database, and Resend delivers email. No advertising or analytics company receives anything from this site.
Your data
To see or delete what Casient holds about you, ask your integrator, who will pass the request on.
